For Virtual Meetings: Catherine will reach out to the meeting host once the meeting is scheduled to ensure they have proper login information for the event.
For In-Person Events: Catherine will reach out to confirm that space is available and discuss pricing when appropriate.

Please give at least ten days notice if this is a meeting or event that needs to be publicized in First Church communications. For small group or committee meetings three to five days should be sufficient. Please also take a look at the First Church calendar before reaching out to see what is already scheduled. Although it is possible to have some overlap we are trying to avoid it when possible so as to remain as accessible and inclusive as possible.
