Sunday Service with Flower Communion, 10:30 a.m.

Sunday, May 18, will be our annual Flower Communion! Each year, we celebrate Spring by this ritual and Sunday Service.

Please remember to bring a flower with you. During the service, the flower will be placed in a large vase with all the other flowers from your friends and family here at The first Church. We will all leave with a different flower than the one we came with!

Ceremony to Welcome New Members ~ during the service

We will have a special ceremony during the service to welcome those new members of the First Church who joined at the Annual Meeting on May 4.

Sundae Sunday during Fellowship ~ during Fellowship Hour

Now an annual tradition here at The First Church, Sundae Sunday has come at last! This fundraiser by the Sunday School is held during Fellowship, where you can make your own ice cream sundae, with a variety of flavors and toppings. Proceeds will benefit their ongoing project, Horizons for Homeless Children.
